Indiana Rolls Back Some Vape Restrictions

Indiana Clears Hundreds of Vape Products for Sale After Earlier Restrictions

Indiana has approved the return of hundreds of vape products to store shelves, reversing part of an earlier enforcement action that required retailers to remove several Chinese-linked brands.

Under the updated decision, 257 MR FOG products and 77 Lost Mary products have been cleared for sale. The move follows an initial order that asked retailers to pull multiple brands associated with Chinese companies.

The reversal means that many products previously removed from the market can now be sold again in Indiana, provided they meet state requirements. MR FOG and Lost Mary, two widely distributed disposable vape brands, are among the products affected by the change.

The decision highlights how state regulators are continuing to review vape products on a case-by-case basis. While some items remain restricted, the clearance of these entries allows retailers to resume selling approved models.

For consumers and retailers, the update is expected to restore availability of several popular disposable vape products that had been taken off shelves during the earlier ban.
